To avoid spiral blocking, it must feed material evenly.The material should be dry material.  When the screw blocked, it should not stop the Extruder immediately.  Stop material feeding and then run the machine a moment until you smell the burnt. This could avoid the   Sprinkler head, screw shaft sleeve bite together. Once the  One sprinkler head, screw shaft sleeve bite together and cannot separate. Please don’t bang hard, remove it from the Extruder and then put it in the fire for a while.
