How to take down the mould holder of the extruder
 

No.3, At the beginning running machine , the material can’t come out from mould . It is usually caused by high temperature . The raw material is too dry there is something inside the screw .You should fine the cause and troubleshoot according to different circumstance .Keeping machine running around one minute without feeding raw material .After all the food material coming out stop machine then take down the mould holder and clean the screw .　Extruder machine is a processing equipment integrating mixing , shearing , heating,kneading , cooling and molding , etc. It has been widely used in the industrial production now .
