To clean extruder

If extruder machine downtime than eight hours, we have to clean the entire system .including the feed silos, feed auger, conditioner and host of the extruder machine.
When you clean feed hopper and feed auger, firstly you need to clear out inside the material. You had better use air compressor to clean. Contraindicated broom, brush tools like clean up, because these tools itself with fibers and debris, and these fibers and debris in the cleanup process is very easy to fall, but to bring more debris.
When you clean the conditioner , we need to look at the situation on the barrel and paddle residual material, if the material is dry, you need to put these materials together using a spatula to clean and use compressed air to clean these materials; If the material is relatively wet water , put some of the material conditioner tube opposite the upper surface of the body dry scraped off, and these materials can be clean out the conditioner.
