According to my four mechanical industry standard JB / T5684-91 "puffed pellet feed machine" on the screw extrusion (from heat or preheat) extruded pellet feed machine to use the category code number Specifications, features of the code, the main parameters, preheat or cooling symbol (when not not shown) and deformed code (when no deformation is not shown). example:
The main parameters of the screw extruder is extrusion screw diameter, the series: 50,65,75,85,100 (98), 120 mm. Screw in three lengths: 250 mm shorter screw, 250 to 400 mm long screw, 400 mm above the long screw. Die die hole diameter range: 1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,8.0 mm. The main parts of the screw, the sleeve, the cutter and the die 45 are made of steel or superior to 45 steel manufacturing material, the hardness of the surface or face not less than 56 ~ 62HRC.
Key performance indicators extruder should meet: ① tons feed electricity consumption to ≤110 kW · h / t. ② particles forming rate ≥98%. ③ particles floating rate ≥95%. ④ floating time ≥6 hours. ⑤ reliability factor ≥90%. ⑥ puffing chamber temperature (outer sleeve or die at the highest temperature) ≤100 ~ 160 ℃.
