This production line can produce both nutrition powder and modified starch.

Features:

 

1. The processing line adopts cereals flour (corn, wheat, rice, oat, soy, etc)as raw material.                  

2. It can produce nutrition powder, baby cereals, instant porridge, etc., baby food and adult nutritional food and modified starch(The modified starch has a wide application, it can be used in building material industry,oil drilling industry, food additive industry, paper making industry, and so on). 

3. From the raw materials to the finished products, the production line can finish it automatically.

4. Output is 150kg/h, 240kg/h, 500kg/h and so on
5. Basic flow chart: Mixing system---Extrusion system---- -Drying system----Milling system---Packing system

6. Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to 

customers’ Local voltage.

7. The contact parts of the machines are made of stainless steel.
